Ephesians 6:16 tells us to take the shield of faith, wherewith we shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. The adversary attacks the mind with doubt, fear, and lack-consciousness, seeking to abort the harvest God has ordained for you. But when you lift the shield of faith — declaring God's promises over your finances, your family, and your future — you extinguish every accusation and every anxious thought. Faith speaks what God says, not what circumstances scream. Beloved, the just shall live by faith (Romans 1:17). This is not a one-time act but a continual posture of the heart. Every morning, choose to trust God's Word more than your bank statement. Every evening, thank Him for provisions not yet seen.
